Barry KellyBarry Kelly
President

Barry Kelly is the President of Kelser, a role he has held since 2010. He joined the company as a founding member in 1981, and has held various roles since then, including Sales Associate, Sales Executive, VP of Sales, and VP of Sales and Marketing.

Since becoming President in 2010, Barry has restructured the Company to promote the customer experience and increase brand awareness, as well as making internal process and staffing enhancements. Prior to joining Kelser, Barry held various positions with KLT Company and Pratt & Whitney. He is a member of several organizations, including the Connecticut Technology Council (CTC), the Manchester Community College EOFW Corporate Committee, and the Irish American Home Society.

Barry lives in Amston, CT with his family.


Howard SteinmanHoward Steinman
Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Howard Steinman is responsible for the leadership and direction of Kelser’s sales goals and initiatives.  He has 20 years of experience in the IT industry creating strategic relationships in the Insurance, Healthcare, and Financial Services Markets. Prior to joining Kelser, Steinman was the District Sales Manager for Kingston Technology Managing New England and the New York Metro Territory.

During his tenure with Kingston, Howard was responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy and growth establishing Kingston as a provider to the enterprise within the region.  Previously, Steinman was a Senior Account Executive with Entex Information Systems, managing and selling an extensive portfolio of products and solutions.  Steinman has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing from Boston University.  He lives with his family in Connecticut.


Peter RichardPeter Richard
Vice President of Finance

Peter Richard is the Vice-President of Finance at Kelser, overseeing Accounting, Finance and Human Resources. Peter has been with Kelser for 22 years. Previously he was employed at the Bank of New England as Vice President, Executive Team Leader of Private Banking, where he was responsible for the corporate executive market. Peter started as a teller at the bank in 1969.

Peter received degrees in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University and Accounting from Manchester Community College. He and his wife Bernardine have 3 children, five grandchildren, and enjoy golfing, bike riding, reading, and travelling.


Jon StoneJon Stone
Technology Solutions Executive

In his role as the Technology Solutions Executive at Kelser Corporation, Jonathan is responsible for pre-sales solution development and customer facing technical strategy.

Before joining Kelser, Jonathan was the 2nd Vice President of Desktop, Servers and Storage at The Travelers, where he was responsible for technical strategy, hardware and software selection, solution engineering and level 3 engineering support in the desktop, enterprise storage, backup, server, and virtualization spaces.

During his 17 years in IT at The Travelers, and through his participation in the Travelers Information Technology Leadership Development Program, Jonathan held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility across IT Infrastructure. In 2006, he took on the role of Desktop and Server Portfolio Manager. In 2010, Enterprise Storage and Backup was added to his responsibilities.

Jonathan graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1994 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. In 2000, he earned an MS in Computer Science from RPI at Hartford and in 2007 he graduated from the SIM Regional Leadership Forum (RLF). He is also a licensed helicopter pilot. Jon lives with his family in Glastonbury, CT.


Tom Sharp Tom Sharp
Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Tom’s primary areas of responsibility include internal IT applications and initiatives; Warehouse and Logistics; and Vendor relationships, certifications, and training. Tom’s efforts are focused on improving efficiencies and streamlining processes is all areas of the company.

Tom has held many roles within Kelser, namely Inside Sales, Account Executive and Vice President of Sales. Prior to his tenure at Kelser, Tom has seen success in restaurant management as well as luxury automotive sales and management.

Tom graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a BS in management He grew up on Long Island, NY and now resides in West Hartford with his family.
