In the role of Business Development Representative (BDR), we invite you to use boundless creativity and your hunting skills in selling Kelser’s product and service solutions to mid-market and commercial prospects. The successful BDR generates revenue by interacting with customers and prospects through face to face meetings, conference calls, forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and ultimately closing sales. Internally, the BDR will interface with team members to create quality solutions and proposals for clients.
Criteria for a successful outcome includes high prospecting activity leading to strong revenue and profit production, new customer acquisition and personal enhancement. In addition, the BDR is expected to represent the company, brand, and offerings in a positive manner to the general public.
