Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: 43 Western Blvd, Glastonbury, CT (currently remote)
Type: Full Time
Reports to: VP, Revenue


We are looking for a top-notch inbound marketer to champion our marketing efforts, enable our sales team drive revenue, and support our content creation efforts. The Digital Marketing Specialist owns all inbound marketing initiatives from full-fledged campaigns, to web design,
to CRM management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short and long-term inbound marketing strategies to drive revenue including on-going management of marketing calendar
  • Create, managed and report on email marketing campaigns

  • Develop, review, and refine marketing automation processes and nurturing

  • Create and strategize 1-to-1 sales email templates and sequences

  • CRM and CMS management including data integrity, cleanup, deduplication, task/lead assignment, and reporting

  • Creation and editing of web pages and landing pages that attract visitors and convert leads including page and site-wide SEO optimization

  • Design, creation, and updating of slicks, flyers, whitepapers, brochures, eBooks, guides, presentations, branded documents, and other print and digital materials

  • Become the keeper and advocate of brand standards across all print and digital materials

  • Hubspot experience is a must
  • Complete ownership of optimization, development, and upkeep of all social media and other online profiles including posting and engagement

  • Be the single source of truth for reporting on CRM, marketing, sales, and content activities, trends, and opportunities

  • Assist with public relations efforts including writing and publishing of press releases, identifying media appearance opportunities, and collaborating with PR team

  • Enable sales team to reach and exceed sales goals through assisting with prospecting and nurturing efforts, driving and nurturing qualified leads, and optimizing sales content as needed

  • Support Content Manager in the distribution, creation, and optimization of content as needed

  • Attend and support both in-person and live events run by Kelser or their partners

  • Other related responsibilities, tasks, and activities as assigned by VP, Revenue

  • Meeting and exceeding KPI metrics identified by VP, Revenue

  • Increases in influenced revenue and qualified leads

  • Increases in website traffic growth

  • Increases in key search engine keyword rankings
  • Increase in conversion metrics
  • Decrease in website bounce rate

  • Overall email health

  • Increase in social media audience and engagement
