Reports to: Manager, Customer Support

The Kelser Inside Sales Representative (ISR) may be the “in-office” counterpart to one or multiple Enterprise Solutions Executives or Commercial Solutions Executives depending on account volumes. This position is responsible for supporting the achievement of goals assigned. In this role, the ISR will provide daily account management of those accounts assigned including any administrative duties along with up-selling and cross-selling with clients and outreach to book appointments for Solutions Executives. Success in this role is dependent on revenue and profit production of the assigned accounts. In addition, the ISR is expected to represent the company, brand, and offerings in a positive manner to the general public.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Daily interaction with clients, manufacturer, and distributors via phone and email
  • Daily outbound calling to new and existing customers to generate appointments for outside sales team
  • Maintain quarterly revenue and profitability goals
  • Quote and proposal generation
  • Ensure all documentation is provided to the Customer Support Specialist for order entry including but not limited to: vendor quotes and special bid numbers, end-user information (name, email, and phone)
  • Manufacturer deal registrations
  • Product research and new product entry into the CRM
  • Customer visits
  • Project management for hardware only projects
  • Promote Kelser services, products, and partnerships
  • Communicate with and leverage vendors distributors and partners to develop business
  • Utilize cross-selling and add-on selling techniques when possible
  • Co-develop and maintain new and existing customers through prospecting and relationship building using Kelser sales cycle processes
  • Track and manage contacts and opportunities within CRM
  • Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed goals
  • Present at customer meetings, seminars, trainings, and webinars as required
  • Attend sales trainings and certification programs as required
  • Other reasonable duties assigned by sales management
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in successful corporate technology sales
  • Excellent customer service/account management skills
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities
  • Closing experience
  • Proficiency in Kelser products and services (some certifications required)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Metrics and Measurement
  • Profitability on the assigned accounts
  • Business growth and development
  • Customer service and satisfaction
  • Order completion
  • Number of appointments booked through use of phone and other tools (Hubspot etc.)
