We’re looking for an energetic self-starter to make connections and generate qualified appointments for our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. In this role, the ISR will obtain, develop, and secure business opportunities in new client relationships.  It is expected that the ISR always represent the company, brand, and offerings in a positive manner.

This is an entry level position that can easily grow into a full Sales Consultant role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify and reach out to key decision makers in small to mid-size companies
  • Present a clear message about the value Kelser provides our clients.
  • Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
  • Meet and exceed appointment setting targets
  • Track and manage contacts and opportunities within CRM
  • Attend trainings and complete certification programs as required
  • Other reasonable duties assigned by management
Requirements
  • Strong communication & phone skills
  • Ability to make cold calls and set appointments for outside reps
  • Comfortable speaking to senior level executives
  • Organized, attention to detail and ability to document activities
  • Basic knowledge of common software applications (Word, Excel, etc...)
  • Basic understanding of Information Technology preferred
