GLASTONBURY – Earlier this month, the Kelser Foundation presented a check for $50,000 to the Hospital for Special Care's (HFSC) Center for Cognitive Health. The Center specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of memory loss and cognitive decline. The donation, a new record, was raised at the foundation’s 26th annual Kelser Charity Challenge, a golf tournament held at Indian Hill Country Club in Newington, CT.

“We rebuild lives.” That advertising slogan was on full display at the Hospital for Special Care’s (HFSC’s) Annual Meeting on Oct. 19 at the Aqua Turf in Southington, CT. The combined business meeting and donor appreciation event, attended by more than 150 people, celebrated the hospital’s 80 years of service.

The 23rd Annual Kelser Charity Challenge will take place at Indian Hill Country Club in Newington, Connecticut, on September 17, 2019, to benefit the Hospital for Special Care's Center for Cognitive Health. The golf tournament--which is currently open for registration and sponsorship--is organized by Glastonbury-based technology consulting firm Kelser Corporation and will also feature a silent auction, dinner reception and "heli drop" in which a helicopter drops golf balls onto the course.
