GLASTONBURY, CT — Kelser is pleased to announce that Devin Kelly has been promoted to President. Kelly most recently served as Vice President, Relationships.
Kelly, 35, steps into the position following the June 5, 2025 retirement of 27-year Kelser veteran Jim Parise, who had been promoted to President in May 2019 from Vice President of Professional Services and prior to that, Enterprise Solutions Executive.
Kelser has become a home away from home for Kelly, who, along with his twin sister, Erin, has been a regular fixture around the office and at company events virtually since birth. Kelly is the son of Kelser CEO Barry Kelly and Secretary Cindy Kelly.
“I couldn’t be happier and more proud to announce that my son, Devin, will be taking over the role of President of Kelser Corporation,” Kelser CEO Barry Kelly said.
“Devin will be instrumental in guiding our company now and into the future, emphasizing our commitment to caring for both our customers and our community,” Barry Kelly continued. “I’m excited for what’s to come!”
The younger Kelly has steadfastly worked his way up through the ranks, having taken on a variety of roles to fill company needs. He’s completed stints in nearly every department within the organization since he began working part-time in the company’s warehouse during college in 2010.
“Having worked in a number of different positions here, I have a good sense of the challenges our team and our customers face every day,” he said. “I hope to use that experience to help us work more efficiently while continuing to deliver outstanding support to our clients.”
After graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising in 2012, he started full-time in the Marketing Department, before rotations as outside sales support, inside sales support, Helpdesk Manager, and Service Delivery Manager.
In his most recent position as VP, Relationships as part of the Executive Team, he developed skills like diplomacy and nuance to promote client, vendor, and employee satisfaction, as well as weighing in on everyday decisions that are required to run a fast-paced, always-changing technology business, said Barry Kelly.
“I’m incredibly proud to be part of the team we’ve built here at Kelser. We’ve got a great culture, and I give a lot of credit to my father and the amazing people I’ve had the chance to work with,” said the younger Kelly. “Many of our team members were here before I started, and over the years, each of them has served as a mentor in their own way. Stepping into the role of President is both exciting and humbling.”
One of those mentors, Lisa Carroll, Vice President of Revenue and 33-year Kelser veteran, says she is excited about the company’s future under his stewardship as President.
“Devin is a natural leader. I’ve watched him blossom in his leadership, decision-making, and relationship-building skills,” said Carroll. “He understands Kelser’s mission to help organizations use their technology to meet the challenges ahead and drive their businesses forward.”
Added Carroll, “His ability to communicate with all levels of our staff, customers, and external partners on a personal level will be instrumental in Kelser’s ability to strengthen our existing relationships and forge new ones.”
Devin Kelly echoed Carroll’s sentiment on the company’s focus on its customers.
“At Kelser, we consider our customers to be the most important part of everything we do. Our vision is to create a world of energized relationships and shared prosperity,” he said. “When our customers are happy, empowered, and positioned for success, we all succeed together.”
