Hartford, CT - On December 22, 2014 Kelser delivered 77 brand new toys to We Are The Children. The organization was founded in 1985 by Gary Craig, morning radio personality of 96.5 WTIC-FM in Hartford, Connecticut. Gary Craig, along with a tremendous support committee, is committed to raising funds for abandoned, battered, disadvantaged, and needy children. We Are The Children is a 100% volunteer organization with all goods and services donated by members of the local communities.We Are The Children continues to support children and their families bringing the spirit of the holidays to Connecticut’s kids, one child at a time.
More than half of Kelser’s workforce donated and were eligible for a mystery box drawing and grand prize raffle. Some of the prizes awarded included a Cabela’s gift card, cash denominations, and one employee was lucky enough to score instant pudding just in time for the season!
