Kelser, AMD and HP Throw a Touchdown with Recent VDI Event

East Hartford, CT - On August 30, 2012, Hartford-area Information Technology leaders gathered at Rentschler Field to learn about the benefits of Virtual-Desktop-Infrastructure (VDI). Kelser Corporation, an IT Solutions company based in East Hartford, hosted the event. Presenting alongside Kelser were HP and AMD. Attendees enjoyed 3 speakers, barbeque, beverages and discussion as well as a game ticket for the UConn vs. UMass home opener football game. In addition, each attendee had the opportunity to receive a complimentary VDI assessment offered by Kelser Corporation.Kelser’s Jon Stone kicked off the event with an overview of the topic and explained the assessment opportunity to the crowd. The time to implement VDI may be now, said Stone. AMD’s Richard Downey and HP’s Paul Harvey provided the details, features and benefits of VDI while the UConn Football team was warming up for the game.

The informative and lively event was followed by an exciting football match, with UConn rolling over Division I newcomers UMass 37-0.
