East Hartford, CT - Barry Kelly, President of Kelser Corporation, presents Jeffery Seyler, President/CEO of the American Lung Association in New England with a check from the proceeds of their Kelser Charity Challenge. For over eleven years, Kelser has hosted a charity golf tournament to benefit the ALA and has raised more than $150,000 to support the ALA’s mission to save lives through improving lung health and preventing lung disease. The East Hartford based firm has become one of the area’s most faithful supporters of lung health in Connecticut. This year’s Kelser Golf Tournament to benefit the American Lung Association will take place September 20th at the Indian Hill Country Club in Newington, Connecticut.

The proceeds from the Kelser Golf Tournament provide invaluable funding for lung health programs and advocacy right here in Connecticut. Attendees showed their support for the ALA while enjoying a great day of golf; participating in contests such as Closest to the Pin, Closest to the Line, and Long Drive; bidding in an expansive silent auction. Along with the contest prizes offered on the green, a handsome prize was awarded to the overall tournament winners.
