Reports to: Manager, Logistics
The Kelser Delivery Driver & Logistics Staff member is responsible for the preparation and delivery of orders to Kelser’s customers, on time and accurately, all while meeting Kelser and the customer’s procedures and requirements. This position is a front-line customer-facing role that represents Kelser and is willing to provide the customer with a positive experience while onsite. When not making deliveries, the Logistics & Delivery Person will be in-house receiving deliveries, and processing orders. A successful Delivery Driver & Logistics Staff member will become a valuable and contributing part of Kelser culture.

· Prepare orders for delivery of IT equipment to Kelser’s customers while meeting the following requirements:
· Perform duties compatible with the above as directed by appropriate staff.
· Represent Kelser in a positive, ethical, and professional manner at all times.
· Operate van and box truck in a safe and courteous manner; maintain cleanliness and assist in coordinating regularly service/maintenance of vehicles.
· Participate in IT deployments at customer locations.
· Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and organized workplace at all times.
· Receive shipments physically and within Kelser’s ERP system that are delivered daily via common carriers and other LTL carriers.
· Process any orders within the ERP system that need to be shipped via common carrier or LTL carrier.
· Checking and responding to internal and external communication applications in a timely manner (email, IM, phone calls).
· Other duties as assigned by management
· Previous experience in an MSP or consulting role preferred
· Minimum 1 year experience driving at least a 20’ box truck.
· Ability to follow procedures as well as verbal and written directions.
· Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and basic understanding of PC systems and technology.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers.
· The ability to communicate via written messages, including neat, legible handwriting.
· Professional appearance and demeanor while on the road and in-house.
· Physically capable of lifting and handling boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to prioritize, work accurately and work well as part of a team.
· Valid State driver’s license – CT or MA.
· Clean driving record.
· State of Connecticut Medical Examiners Certificate, background check and DMV report will be required.
· Medical Card and any other appropriate DOT requirements – non-CDL.
· Must be able to pass a TSA Security Threat Assessment.
· Must demonstrate the ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
· Must be able to operate a manual hand operated pallet jack.
· This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder.

· Maintenance of DOT required logs; vehicle cleanliness & maintenance; medical card.
· Customer satisfaction as determined by follow-up surveys.
