The Senior Support Desk Engineer serves as the key technology escalation resource for the Support Desk team. The Senior Support Desk Engineer provides advanced support for client infrastructure issues within a managed services environment. The Senior Support Desk Engineer handles high-level support for server infrastructure, intricate network environments, cloud and hybrid cloud architectures, virtualization, and related technologies.
This role requires extensive expertise in Windows infrastructure, ensuring the effective delivery of these services to clients. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this client-facing position.
