Job Title: Services Sales Consultant
Location: 43 Western Boulevard Glastonbury, CT
Type: Full Time
Reports to: VP, Revenue

The primary responsibility of the Services Sales Consultant is new client acquisition. This will be accomplished by actively prospecting in to net new accounts, identifying opportunities, and closing business for managed IT services. This position will also participate in our inbound and marketing initiatives.

We’re looking for an individual who is driven to cultivate relationships with clients where we can provide solutions and prosper together. This involves identifying the right prospects and the ability to sell complex business solutions which will enable business growth. It’s about providing the right services not selling a product. The right individual will have the ability to establish and manage relationships that position Kelser as an indispensable advisor in the eyes of each client.

  • Open to trying new tools and systems
  • Stamina to work within the long sales cycle of a value-driven sale

  • Develop new customers through prospecting and relationship building
  • Execute marketing campaigns within CRM
  • Actively attend and engage at regional networking events
  • Develop and maintain lists within CRM
  • Track and manage contacts and opportunities within CRM
  • Attend customer meetings, seminars, trainings, and webinars as required
  • Represent Kelser at various events
  • Contribute thought leadership ideas for Kelser blog, social media and PR
  • Other reasonable duties assigned by management
