The Twenty-Sixth Annual Kelser Charity Challenge - Event Recap

This charity golf event raises much-needed funds for the Center for Cognitive Health at Hospital for Special Care.

This years Kelser Charity Challenge, our flagship philanthropic event was a hit!

While the grand total is still being tallied, the 26th Annual Kelser Charity Challenge was another huge success, bringing together golfers and volunteers on Sept. 12 for a great day of golf, food and fun while raising money for the Center for Cognitive Health at Connecticut’s Hospital For Special Care.

The event, held at Indian Hill Country Club in Newington, featured 18 holes of golf, lunch, contests, raffle, a silent auction, dinner reception, and the event’s signature helicopter ball drop. 126 golfers participated in the event.

New this year, golfers had the opportunity to improve their game and be entertained by long-drive pro, Isaiah Joyner, from Charity Golf International, who teed off for them on the first hole with average drives of 400 yards.

Thanks to everyone who participated and made this event another great success!
