The New Britain Herald sent a reporter to the 21st Kelser Charity Challenge. The golf tournament at Indian Hill Country Club raised an estimated $16,000 for the Hospital for Special Care's forthcoming Center for Memory Disorders. The article, which also ran in the Newington Town Crier, included photos and descriptions of the gorgeous fall day of golf and highlighted the personal connection to the cause for many of Kelser's leaders and employees.
