Employees, partners, customers, and friends of Kelser Corporation gathered at the Indian Hill Country Club to take part in a day of golf and charity. The Kelser Charity Challenge, celebrating its 16th year, raises much needed funds for the American Lung Association of New England. This year’s event was a tremendous success.
Since its inception, the challenge has raised over $160,000 in funds for the ALA. This year will add to that total. “Our customers and partners look forward to this tournament every September. I am thrilled by the response and support we’ve received this year and credit our success to our many volunteers and sponsors. Everyone’s contribution made this event a win for everyone.” said Lisa Carroll, Marketing Manager for Kelser and chief organizer of the event.
The Challenge sold out this year, with 144 golfers, countless volunteers, and sponsors. Awards were handed out to golfers for contests such as closest to the pin, closest to the line, long drive for both men and women, and prizes for the top three teams. At the conclusion of play, participants enjoyed a delicious buffet style dinner, raffles, an award ceremony, and a silent auction.
