Event Recap: The Thirteenth Annual Kelser Charity Challenge

News | Events | Foundation

Kelser Corporation would like to thank all who participated and/or made donations to the Thirteenth Annual Kelser Charity Challenge golf tournament to benefit the American Lung Association.

There was a successful turnout with more than 30 companies attending on a beautiful summer day, with partners of Kelser’s such as HP, Synnex, Lenovo, Dell and HSG Global Services on the fairway raising awareness for a great cause. According to the American Lung Association, 35 million Americans are living with lung disease today.  Over the last decade, the death rate from lung disease has grown faster than the death rate of any other leading disease. Lung disease is the third leading cause of death among Americans and the number one killer of infants.

This year, Kelser exceeded expectations and raised more than $10,000 for the ALA.  All donations raised at this event sponsor awareness programs, research, and aiding Americans living with lung disease. Barry Kelly, President of Kelser Corporation, commented,” I am absolutely blown away at the success of this years’ event. There has been a lot of belt tightening in the last couple of years and to have the turnout we experienced this year was fantastic. Not only was it a sellout but the event was perfect! Great weather. Great people. Great course conditions and a great benefactor.”
