New Britain, Conn. - The 21st Kelser Charity Challenge, a golf tournament taking place on Tuesday, September 19th at Indian Hill Country Club in Newington, is raising money for a new program at New Britain-based Hospital for Special Care that is dedicated to developing new ways to treat Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders.
