Employees and family members of Kelser Corporation climbed 731 stairs to the top of Cityplace I, Connecticut’s tallest building, to raise funds and spread awareness for the American Lung Association in their annual Fight for Air Climb. The information technology solutions provider, through their philanthropic Foundation, is an annual participant in the climb and a longtime supporter of the ALA. 15 members of the “Kelser Krew” made the climb, raising over $3,600 for the cause.

Hartford, CT - On May 21, solution authorities from Kelser, HP and Intel gathered at Vivo Trattoria in Hartford to demonstrate to area professionals how to free their IT from the complexity of technology integration. The goal of the event was to educate Kelser’s customers on new technologies and enhance their business service capabilities in a 90 minute lunch event. Over $280,000 was raised as a result of tireless efforts, promotion, preparation and man-hours that culminated in the 22nd Annual Evening of Fine Wines at Manchester Community College. The formal event supports the MCC Foundation, enabling students to pursue their educational goals by supporting scholarships, programs (including Culinary Arts) and student life. Barry Kelly, Kelser President & CEO, was the honorary chairman of the event.

East Hartford - On February 26th, IT professionals in the Hartford area met at Kelser Corporation to learn about HP's latest offering. The HP ConvergedSystem 100 for Hosted Desktops, powered by HP Moonshot, offers an innovative solution that is faster than traditional virtual desktop infrastructure. While enjoying a catered lunch, attendees heard how the technology can provide up to 6 times faster graphics, offer a full-powered desktop for users, and support 180 bare-metal hosted desktops in a single chassis. Presenters were Tom Wilson, HP Senior Infrastructure Architect and Jonathan Stone, Chief Technology Officer at Kelser.
