We set out to reorganize the company to prepare for future change and growth in the marketplace. A number of significant business initiatives were undertaken including completion of the 100% transfer of ownership from former president Bruce Kelly to me. Hartford, CT - Kelser Corporation (DBA New Technology Systems NTS), a leading provider of technology products and services to the insurance and financial markets, announced on Friday the completion of an internal transfer of ownership by the company’s Vice President and 25 year partner Barry Kelly. The buyout comes on the heels of former President Bruce Kelly’s retirement from the role. Mr. (Bruce) Kelly will remain active at Kelser for advisory and special project roles.
